I love chickadees! We spent last summer in Alaska (my husband is a traveling doctor) and we loved seeing all of the birds. I was particularly excited to see Boreal chickadees, which I had never seen before. Every time we leave our Colorado home, I feel for our bird friends that we leave behind, but so many of our regulars are also have caches all over our yard for those times we are away.
